About the Meal
- Q. Can you accommodate allergies or religious dietary restrictions?
- A. If a wide-ranging allergy or dietary preference would affect two or more dishes in a course (for example, vegetarian diets or dislike of raw fish), we may be unable to accept the booking. Please also note that during certain seasonal menus we cannot accommodate guests who avoid the headlining ingredient (no shellfish during crab season, no matsutake during matsutake season, no bamboo shoot during bamboo shoot season, etc.). Please confirm in advance.

Booking & Use of the Restaurant
- Q. Can you arrange a taxi or chauffeur service?
- A. Yes, we are happy to arrange one. Weekends are busy, so please let us know in advance.
- Q. Is smoking allowed?
- A. The restaurant is non-smoking. A smoking area is available on the second floor.
- Q. Can I pay by credit card?
- A. Yes. We accept major credit cards and electronic money.
- Q. Is there a dress code?
- A. Please wear smart casual attire. Gentlemen, kindly avoid shorts, beach sandals, and tracksuits or other overly casual clothing. Please remove headwear during the meal. We also ask guests to refrain from strong perfumes or colognes; please share these notes with your companions as well.
- Q. May I bring small children?
- A. We welcome children age 12 and up — that is, children who can enjoy the same course as the adult guests.
- Q. Can someone book on my behalf?
- A. To prevent misunderstandings, we do not accept proxy bookings. If guests other than the named reservation holder arrive, we may regretfully be unable to seat them.
- Q. What if some of our party will arrive late?
- A. If a guest arrives late or leaves partway through, we may be unable to serve part of the course. Please plan to arrive at the reserved time.

About the Restaurant
- Q. Is there a parking lot?
- A. We are sorry, but we do not have our own parking lot. Please use one of the nearby coin parking lots.
- Q. Can you accommodate large groups?
- A. Our second-floor banquet hall seats up to 18 guests. If another booking has already been taken on the first floor, we are unable to accept group bookings, so please reserve or inquire as early as possible.
