lively counter seats sit before the open kitchen,

We serve an omakase kaiseki course that draws generously on the seasonal ingredients of Hokuriku Fukui —
the bounty of Etsuzan-Jakusui, the mountains and pure waters of Echizen.
Each meal opens in the traditional kaiseki rhythm,
and rises to a centerpiece of freshly fried tempura served at the counter.
In winter we also prepare a “special seasonal menu”
lavishly featuring Echizen crab, the king of the winter Echizen sea.
